Nutella…. hmmm! who doesn’t like Nutella?
Whether licking it through your fingers, or it’s on a slice of toast or even much better if it’s added to make a cake. It’s only what you need to satisfy that sweet tooth of yours.
First off, I have a confession to make, I’m not a baker and baking is not my strong point apparently. Therefore, I always search through the internet to seek for inspiration if I fancy making a cake. Who wouldn’t? when all you need is just a few clicks and there you go, the recipe you craved for and ever wanted is right in front of you.
It’s been a while now that I have fancied making Nutella Brownies which I’ve always stumbled across every time I browse through Pinterest. So, how could I resist myself, I just can’t as it’s simply so tempting staring at those pictures. There are actually loads of variations on how to make them. It seems easy, simple and with only a handful of ingredients needed to make one. Thus, I’ve given it a go.
This recipe that I’m going to make is adapted from one of the 3 Ingredients Nutella Brownies recipes I’ve seen. However, I’ve added almonds on it for extra texture and taste.
1 Jar / 400 gram Nutella
3/4 cup Plain Flour
1/2 cup Almonds (crushed)
2 Eggs (large)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl, add in the eggs and the entire content of Nutella in the jar. Mix well together.
Fold in the plain flour gradually and mix well.
Add in the crushed almonds and mix in well too.
Meanwhile, oil a baking dish and put on parchment paper over it.
Using a spatula, spoon over the chocolate mixture into the prepared dish.
Cook in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Then put it aside to cool before slicing them.
