Stuffed Pork is a very simple dish that anybody can make at home. Best of all, there are only a total of 4 ingredients in it, making it so easy to make. This recipe is also one of my family’s favorite.
8 pieces Pork Steaks
1 pack Apple and Herb Stuffing Mix
Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Tenderize and flatten the meat using a meat tenderizer or a rolling pin as an alternative. Once they are a bit flattened, season them with salt and pepper. Then set aside.
Prepare the dried stuffing mix as per packet instructions, except that you will not bake them yet.
Divide the stuffing mix equally in accordance with the quantity of meat/steaks you’ve got. I divide mine into 8 as I have 8 pieces of Pork steaks.
Any type of meat can be used. I have tried boneless chicken thighs too.
Any type of stuffing can be used, depends on what you fancy.
Goes well with mashed potatoes and smothered with a meat gravy.
