Wall Mural – Review

Since we moved to our new house 2 years ago, we have done a few renovations to spruce it up according to our style and color preference as it was in a bad state when we bought it.  We have freshened up the walls with new paint in most of the rooms.  I have to say, the newly painted walls made a big difference, it made the rooms look airy, bright and huge.   Then we put up our frames and wall decors, thus, making our house our home with our own personal accessories and ornaments in it.

However, of all the rooms being updated and embellished, it is only our own bedroom where the wall remained empty, dull and bare after it was newly painted.  It has been a while now that me and my husband have been looking for a wall frame that we think would suit the bedroom and most importantly, we’re looking for something that is of significant value to us.

When Myloview offered me to review one of their wall murals, I leaped at the opportunity without thinking twice.  I thought to myself, this might be the chance I could choose a lovely decor for our bedroom wall.  Well, when you browse at their website, it’s like you’re spoiled with a lot of choices.  There’s a wide selection of Murals, Images, Posters, Labels, and Collections.  I must admit, I was not disappointed at all.

You can also find them through Twitter and Instagram.

Well, originally from the Philippines and now living in UK, I have always fancied to have a picture frame which shows the beauty of the Philippines.  A picture that would remind me of my home country when I’m feeling nostalgic and sentimental.  I think having that image in our bedroom is like bringing a little part of my country in our home.  So I’ve tried typing some key words in the SEARCH button, and I was surprisingly shocked with loads of pictures that came up, just so unbelievable.  Then came the  hilarity of it as I was confused which specific one to pick.

The wall mural came well packed, it arrived in an excellent condition considering the distance it traveled.  I opened it straight away and I have to say that the quality of it is second to none. It was my husband who helped me install the wall mural on our bedroom wall.  Its back paper was quiet thick which is ideal as it helps protect the vinyl.  It also peels off very easily if you need to adjust it from the wall.   The mural came in two strips, but it was not difficult to put them altogether, it’s just a piece of cake.   It definitely exceeds my expectation, I initially thought it was tricky to put it up but I was absolutely wrong.

To sum it up, me and my husband are so pleased and delighted with the wall mural in our bedroom.  It certainly adds beauty and character to our resting haven, more so as it’s meaningful to us.  I would highly recommend Wall Murals if you want to give a less attractive room the most unique, gorgeous and elegant appeal you could ever imagine.
